About Us

We are a ordinary people called by God to serve His workers—pastors and their families. Our vision is to support pastors through the church, as God's Word mandates that churches care for their pastors. However, many churches lack the knowledge and resources to prioritize the well-being of their pastors. We are dedicated to bridging that gap, ensuring pastors and their families receive the care and support they need. By doing so, we enable pastors to focus on their ministry with confidence and expand their reach into underserved communities without fear of personal struggles hindering their work.

Through our online mentorship sessions with pastors, we've witnessed firsthand the struggles many pastors and their families face. This has reinforced our belief in the need for this mission.

Over three years ago, God impressed upon me the vision for Caring for Carers (C4C)—a place where pastors could feel safe to be open about the challenges they face in both ministry and their personal lives. During a challenging time in my own life, when I lost my job and supported my husband in his project, God revived this vision in me.

After a year of personal healing and preparation, C4C was launched as a nonprofit ministry in 2023. God used difficult experiences within the church to prepare me for this calling, but I believe that through pain comes purpose.

C4C’s mission is to support churches in providing for the basic needs of their pastors, offer a school of ministry for those who have not received formal theological training, and help pastors’ wives establish income-generating activities to sustain their families.

We also provide on-site and virtual counseling and coaching for pastors, their spouses, and children, as well as week-long retreats for pastoral couples.

We are continually refining and evaluating our services to ensure we are meeting the evolving needs of pastors and their families, and helping them thrive in their calling.

Offering Message

The Lord has entrusted us with the mission to teach His unadulterated Word, guiding people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, helping them grow in Him, and becoming all that God has designed them to be. To fulfill this vision, we use various means, as laid out in our calling. If the Lord has placed it on your heart to support this mission, we welcome your contributions. Just as Peter and his partners invited others to share in their work (Luke 5:7), we invite you to partner with us through your prayers, finances, expertise, and other resources.
